In the second quarter of 2021, the top five personalization apps on the Android platform in Europe showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data sourced from Sensor Tower.

Fonts Keyboard experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 176K in late March and dropping to around 108K by the end of June. The active user base also saw a gradual decrease, falling from about 767K to 705K over the same period.

Zedge™ Wallpapers & Ringtones maintained a consistent weekly revenue, peaking at around $9.7K in late May. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly but ended the quarter on a high note with approximately 142K downloads. The active user base remained relatively stable, hovering around 1.88M by the end of June.

Yandex Browser with Protect saw a decline in weekly downloads from about 121K in late March to around 101K by the end of June. The active user count also showed a downward trend, starting at approximately 15.56M and ending at around 14.90M.

Facemoji AI Emoji Keyboard had a significant drop in weekly downloads, from about 101K in late March to around 49.8K by the end of June. The active users also decreased, dropping from approximately 788K to 624K over the quarter.

Wallcraft Cool 4K Wallpaper 4D showed a steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $2.2K in early June. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, ending the quarter with approximately 92K downloads. The active user base stayed consistent, finishing Q2 with around 444K users.
